Mapping the list of countries I can tick off my bucket list

As a young traveller I have a long list of places I want to visit but I’ve never created a definitive bucket list. If I were to do that, we’d be here for days. So instead of making one long list that encompasses everything, I am going to break it up into continents and share the things I hope to one day tick off, as well as those that have already been completed.

I’m write this from my Airbnb in Krakow, Poland. It’s my first time here and another place to tick off. I thought it would be cool to create a graphic showing the places that I’ve visited so far in my lifetime.

At the age of 24 I’ve travelled to more than 25 countries. I’ve comprehensively covered Europe, but the rest of the world remains untouched. I have so much exploring to do. But by mapping out where I’ve been I can now begin to map where I’m going to next. Look out for a blog post coming soon about where I hope to travel to in the next year.

Are you able to list all the countries you’ve been to? If so, how many are there and what’s next on your list?
